Barrie G. Ellis
President & CEO
Barrie Ellis founded Four Point Solutions Ltd. (4Point) in 2003 after recognizing a market opportunity for creating and delivering enterprise-level document-centric applications based on Adobe’s enterprise solutions. Before starting 4Point Barrie held positions at Montera Corporation, where he was the Vice President of Professional Services, and Infinity Technology Services (ITS) Corporation, where he was Vice President of Solution Engineering. Prior to this, Barrie held various senior management roles within JetForm, including Director of Technology Strategy. With over 25 years working internationally for various organizations, Barrie has developed a strong sense of the nuts and bolts of delivering highly complex technical solutions. Barrie’s understanding of the essentials of successful solution delivery, coupled with his assessment of market opportunities, has made 4Point the success it is. As the President and CEO, Barrie has taken the fledgling company from start-up to a world-class organization headquartered in Ottawa, with additional field offices in Florida, Colorado, and Washington, D.C., and European headquarters in Dublin, and made it Adobe’s leading solution partner.

Denis Dunne
VP, EMEA Operations
In 2007, Denis Dunne took on the role of Vice President of EMEA Operations when 4Point opened its EMEA operations, headquartered in Dublin. Denis started his career in computer operations, but soon moved on to information technology management and was involved in a number of green-field startups, first with Prime Computer’s Irish subsidiary and later as the European Director of Information Technology for the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology. From there, Denis moved to Digital Equipment Corporation as a Senior Programme Manager and then as Worldwide Business Development Manager for their Postal Business Group. In 1995 Denis co-founded The Results Group, an Irish management consultancy business, specializing in project and change management, where he helped grow a blue chip clientele list from scratch. Denis’ extensive experience in developing businesses internationally in many market verticals, including government, clinical research, and hospital systems and logistics, is key to 4Point’s ongoing growth in the European market.

Gabriel McCaffrey
VP, Sales & Business Development
Gabriel McCaffrey joined 4Point as Vice President of Professional Services in early 2007 and became VP of Sales and Business Development in 2009. His past experience includes sales team leadership at Akzo-Nobel, Vice President of Sales at Eprocure, Director of Solution Services at JetForm and Managing Director of Professional Services at JetForm and Adobe, where he oversaw an 85-person team delivering solutions within North America. Combined with over 25 years of management and leadership expertise, Gabriel brings to 4Point an exceptional knowledge base that is specific to enterprise solutions and that is uniquely experienced with business process automation solutions. With 4Point, Gabriel is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by leveraging a committed, experienced, knowledgeable team that can define complex solutions to address significant business problems and to deliver these both on time and on budget. Gabriel believes the key to this is developing a trusted advisor relationship with each customer.

Brian Henry
VP, Professional Services
Brian Henry co-founded Four Point Solutions (4Point) in 2003 and became Vice President of Professional Services in 2009. He has focused his time and effort to ensure that 4Point's Professional Services business is the largest dedicated Adobe consulting practice in North America. His past experience includes positions in sales and consulting at Runaware, Nortel, and JetForm. Brian has significant international (Canada, US, Mexico and Europe) consulting experience with many fortune 1000 companies. Brian studied business and information systems at Carleton University, Algonquin College, and the Information Technology Institute.

Rodney Waugh
VP, Distribution and Customer Care
Rodney Waugh co-founded Four Point Solutions Ltd. (4Point) in 2003. Since that time he has been driving the growth of 4Point's Maintenance and Support business from a small one-person operation to the largest dedicated Adobe Maintenance and Support organization in North America. More recently, he has also taken on the responsibility of developing and expanding 4Point's software distribution business. Prior to 4Point, Rodney held positions in product management and marketing at both Runaware and JetForm, where he specialized in developing sustainable business models for Web-based services and seeing them to market. Rodney studied business and information systems at Dalhousie University in Halifax and California Coast University in Santa Ana.

Jason Gunning
Controller
Jason Gunning joined 4Point as a consultant in 2005, and was promoted to Controller in 2009. Before joining 4Point, Jason held positions at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT), and the Canadian Medical Association (CMA), where he was involved with corporate budget preparation and financial planning and reporting with internal and external stakeholders. He is a graduate of the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and is currently a member of the Strategic Leadership Program with the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.
