Adobe solutions can automatically prepopulate forms with customer information to help reduce errors and speed processing. If needed, forms can be saved and completed offline using free Adobe Reader® software. Adobe solutions can also support digital signatures, or use 2D barcodes to overcome automation obstacles when wet signatures are required.

In the verification stage, Adobe solutions provide a more complete view of customer and application data, eliminate cumbersome paper document flows, and streamline collaboration. Data validation of all information helps ensure enrollment forms are correct and complete, and can help to significantly reduce Not In Good Order (NIGO) rates. And the burden of protecting electronic communications is eased, both inside and outside the firewall, through identity authentication, validation of content integrity, and a broad range of access controls that define who can view, copy, or modify important information.

Personalized welcome kits and product information packages can be dynamically generated, assembled, and delivered by mail, fax, or e-mail.
