4Point Acquires FormDriven

4Point today announced its acquisition of FormDriven, a sophisticated authoring tool that facilitates the design and development of interactive intelligent PDF forms within a rich, engaging interface built with Adobe Flex. This acquisition strengthens 4Point’s offering of repeatable solutions built on Adobe enterprise technology.
