1) Initiation of a Review Process
Out of the box, users have two intrinsic forms to start working from.
The first is a General Request form – for point-to-point contact between users. The second form is a Routing Slip – an initiator defines the entire process and how each user receives each form.
2) Review of the Content
The initiator provides instructions, deadlines or reminders and attaches any necessary documents. This helps avoid redundancy in the workflow process.
3) Approval or Rejection
As users fill out the forms, they are able to approve or reject content and provide feedback to the initiator. Once all the approved forms are returned, the initiator can confirm whether or not the process has been successfully completed.
4) Manage the Process
Tracking the entire process from start to finish is easy. A comprehensive dashboard displays active and historical workflows. Initiators can see which stage the workflow is in, along with any changes to the documents.
Review procedure times are greatly shortened, as critical documents and digital assets move steadily along each access point. Completion, review and approval get streamlined into one workflow process. This makes sure that everything is done right — the first time.
