In July 2015, Adobe announced the end of life of the Adobe Central Output Server family of products, which included Adobe Central Pro Output Server, Adobe Output Designer, Adobe Web Output Pak and the Adobe Output Pak for mySAP.com. These applications were offered by Adobe to help enterprises create professional looking output documents, in both printed and PDF formats. The product has not been supported since June 30, 2016.
As with Adobe LiveCycle, many of the features found in the Adobe Central Output Server family were added to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. AEM Forms is a powerful tool that allows enterprises to leverage their digital platform. There is also a special offering from Adobe to move to AEM Forms.
