What does Vantage IT add to 4Point?
The acquisition of Vantage IT provides 4Point with an expanded team that can support and manage Adobe Experience Manager deployments. In addition, the Vantage team has extensive experience with Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, Dynamics and Office 365. This experience will allow 4Point to offer new deployment and operational options to our customers.
What does this mean for existing Vantage customers?
Existing Vantage IT customers can expect the same level of high quality service and attention that they have always received from Vantage. 4Point is committed to supporting the Vantage customers and continuing the relationship with them.
Will the Vantage IT name continue to be used?
In the short term the Vantage IT name will continue to be used. No decision has been made for the long term.
How will this affect current 4Point customers?
Current 4Point customers will see no direct change as a result of this acquisition. However, with 4Point’s new enhancements in the areas of managed services and Microsoft expertise, some customers may wish to examine new projects with 4Point and we would be happy to discuss those new projects with them

Will Vantage IT customers still receive invoices from Vantage?
Yes. All invoicing and billing will continue to be done under the Vantage IT company.
Will 4Point be adding any additional staff to support Vantage Customers?
There are no plans to add additional staff to support Vantage IT customers, but this is monitored regularly and we are committed to providing the same high level of service Vantage customers are currently receiving.
Will this affect 4Point's ability to support existing Adobe customers?
No. We have not changed our 4Point support organization and will continue to provide the same high level of service to our existing 4Point and Adobe customers.
